The Priory Group has announced the acquisition of Peninsula Autism Services and Support Ltd (PASS).
Plymouth based PASS has five residential services, supporting people with Autism.
Harbour Care, which has 11 homes in the Bournemouth and Poole providing residential care for individuals over 17 years old who require specialist care, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs, has also joined the Priory Group.
