Following their most recent inspection, the CQC inspectors said, “Feedback regarding the service was consistently good. Relatives of people being supported with complex needs consistently told us that staff had developed special bonds with their loved ones. One person told us, ‘Coming here compared to where I’ve been before, well it’s like a miracle. The staff are like my family, they go out of their way and go one step further. Nobody has listened to me the way they do’.”
