The Mews, Bramley (formerly part of Craegmoor) offers specialist support for people with a learning disability and behaviours that challenge, also physical disabilities, sensory impairment and the treatment of drug/alcohol dependence and forensic rehabilitation.
We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we support and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone. Individuals are supported with:
- Innovative person-centred support programmes in a safe and caring environment
- Access to education and employment opportunities
- Community outreach and respite services as well as a pathway to supported living
Our approach to support:
We transform traditional residential care into a modern, vibrant way of living and which represents a stepping stone towards independence.
The assistive technology in each apartment provides a safe, private environment to live in, via the use of sensors fitted throughout each apartment. This means support staff can be alerted immediately to any issues which may arise. Situations such as wandering and falling, as well as environmental issues are all covered through the installation of these sensors. We also have electric gates for extra security.
“I enjoy living here with my friends, and the staff support me to do what I choose.”
