Strathmore House supports people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, providing a safe and homely environment where all individuals can make their own choices about the care they receive. Staff provide individuals with:

Our approach to support

Residents and their families and friends are encouraged to actively participate in the planning of support, which is carefully monitored and reviewed at regular intervals.

We work closely with local services such as:

• The community learning disability team
• Community nurses,
• Psychologists
• Speech therapists
• Local health centres
• Healthcare services
