Station Road (formerly part of Craegmoor) provides assessment and support for up to 12 adults living with learning disabilities, bipolar disorder or autism. Some also have communication difficulties or present behaviours that challenge, as well as a range of other disabilities such as epilepsy or Down’s syndrome.
Our approach to support
Station Road promotes Priory Adult Care’s communication strategy called "Your Voice" which ensures that each individual, based on their preferred method of communication, is able to have a voice on how their support is provided. Monthly meetings are held where individuals are able to represent the views and voices of fellow individuals.
Station Road liaises with families, community organisations, social services departments and purchasing authorities to support Person Centred Care Planning and ensures full account is taken of social, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs of all individuals.
“Staff have helped me to develop my skills and enjoy life.”
