Stable Cottage

The passionate and dedicated team at Stable Cottage support people with autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. Based within the grounds of Tithe Barn, those living at Stable Cottage can benefit from a quality service from caring, competent and well trained staff within a homely environment.

Our approach to support

At Stable Cottage, we have a multidisciplinary team of staff who are able to provide 24 hour support, seven days a week. All support is tailored to each individual's needs, as outlined on their Person Centred Plan. We also have access to the company's Positive Behaviour Support team if required.

Each person who lives at Stable Cottage has a Person Centred Plan which is created with the assistance of a key worker and input from family members where possible. We believe that individuals should play a big part in making choice about the support they receive, as well as identifying opportunities regarding goals and ambitions.

Tithe Barn and Stable Cottage promote Priory Adult Care’s communication strategy, "Your Voice", which allows people we support provide feedback about the support that they receive. We hold meetings on a regular basis for this purpose.
