St Brannocks supports six individuals living with a range of diagnosis and levels of learning disabilities. We provide a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support they receive. Our service is open to all people aged 18 years and over.

Our approach to support

Our dedicated multidisciplinary team of staff are on hand to provide 24 hour support. We tailor the level of support to each individual in-line with their needs and the hurdles they face – we can provide 1:1 assistance where needed.

Where possible, individuals are involved in designing their own person-centred plan, with family and staff support. The plans enable all individuals to make their own choices about the support they receive. We encourage and support those at St Brannocks to recognise and identify their goals and ambitions and how they would like to go about meeting them.

St Brannocks promotes Priory Adult Care’s communication strategy, "Your Voice", which encourages individuals, based on their preferred method of communication, to voice their views about the support they receive.
