Shaftesbury Mews
Shaftesbury Mews provides nursing care and a range of programmes to support adults with autism, learning disabilities and nursing needs. Our aim is to develop independence and life skills.
The service is located in the Jordanstown area of Greater Belfast, on the historic site of the former Lord Shaftesbury’s home. Belfast City Centre is only six miles away with local shops, parks and a beach within walking distance of the service. Major bus and rail routes into Belfast City are also only a short distance from the home.
This specifically designed service has a homely and comfortable environment which has been created to enable person-centred care and support to assist people who cannot live in their own homes to maintain as much independence as possible. Residents will also have access to daily activities including arts, music, sensory and outdoor activities.
