Rose Court (formerly part of Craegmoor) supports 10 adults with learning disabilities autism and other associated complex needs, who require varying levels of support. We are on hand to provide 24 hour support where necessary, although many of the people we support enjoy independent lives where they go to college or have a job.
Our approach to support
The individuals at Rose Court have a genuine relationship with staff members and a clear mutual respect; each individual has a nominated "key worker" and benefits from monthly key worker meetings where they are given the opportunity to resolve and discuss any problems as well as plan those all important social events.
“I really enjoy living here. I am now more independent and even have a job.”
