Primrose Villa

Primrose Villa is a service for adults with learning disabilities, some with complex behaviours and autism. We support individuals to be as independent as possible, whilst ensuring they receive the support they need.

Our approach to care

The support at Primrose Villa is delivered by a dedicated and professional staff team committed to providing quality care focused on the needs of the individual. We believe in a personalised approach and everyone living at Primrose Villa has their own person-centred plan which is reviewed regularly. Our aim is to provide the highest quality support enabling individuals to build on skills live more independently and reach their goals.

Staffing ratios at the service are developed depending on the individual needs of the people we support and can be flexible if people's needs change.

We encourage individuals and families to actively participate in the planning of support, which is facilitated through meetings where information is provided. We work closely with local services such as the community learning disability team, community nurses, psychologists, speech therapists, local health centres, dental, chiropody and other health care services.
