Our activities co-ordinator also organises a wide range of daily activities, both in and out of the service, which are chosen by everyone living here. We also arrange holidays in the UK or abroad to destinations to suit the individual.
Individuals' families are invited to come to the house and their support is valued by all at Millburn.
Our service offers a safe, warm and homely environment where each individual is supported to access the local community and learn independent living skills to help them reach their true potential.
Two of our bungalows offer shared accommodation to those who suit this type of environment. The other two bungalows in our core and cluster model are transitional or longer term services for people with complex needs, or dual diagnosis specialising in autism. These offer individual, self-contained flats all with private gardens which offer a very high quality environment.
