Everyone living at Long Lane Farm can benefit from a wide range of activities within the service and in the local community.
The people that we support are encouraged through their person-centred plans to achieve their goals and aspirations. The service also promotes Priory Adult Care’s communication strategy ‘Your Voice’, which encourages individuals based on their preferred method of communication to share their views about the support they receive. Monthly meetings are held where individuals are able to represent the views and voices of themselves and others living at the service.
