At Lansdowne Road, we support people who have been diagnosed with a learning disability. We aim to provide a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support that they receive.

Our approach to support

Our highly trained team at Lansdowne Road is able to provide 24 hour support for those who live at the service. All members of staff complete the relevant training required to better accommodate the needs of each individual.

To enable each person to make their own choices about the support that they receive, a person-centred plan is created for each individual with the assistance of a member of staff.

Lansdowne Road promotes Priory Adult Care’s communication strategy "Your Voice", which encourages individuals, based on their preferred method of communication, to voice their views about the support they receive. Monthly meetings are held where individuals are able to represent the views and voices of others living at the service.
