Jubilee Gardens Care Home
Jubilee Gardens (formerly part of Amore Care) is a purpose-built care home providing 24-hour care and support for older people who need nursing care and/or support for mental health problems.
The home is conveniently located in Castle Bromwich and provides residents with an airy lounge and a tranquil, fully-enclosed garden, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat. Each bedroom is designed to ensure comfort and safety and the friendly and welcoming decor helps residents feel at home. There is an open door visiting policy and families and friends are always welcome

Jubilee Gardens' award-winning team of nurses, carers and auxiliary staff are committed to providing a high standard of care to all people. Qualified nurses are on duty 24-hours a day and are able to cascade knowledge and experience to the team members.
Every effort is made to deliver everything necessary to fulfil individual's everyday requirements and all residents are respected for their individuality and encouraged to maximise their potential.
Care and supportis provided in a manner that offers privacy, respect, and dignity. Individuals are able to exercise maximum choice on matters relating to their daily lives.

- Local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés which residents often like to visit
- Visits from different church ministers
Our activities co-ordinator tailors the activities on a daily basis to meet the needs of our residents. All are encouraged to share their life stories to create memory boxes and enhance person-centred care and support. Residents can also go on our regular trips to places such as local shops, garden centres, the park and further afield.
