Glebe House recognise that for many people, social skills may present difficulties and we therefore provide an appropriate level of support to individuals, for example menu planning, money management and shopping.
Our approach to support
Glebe House supports a total of 24 people, 12 with residential care and 12 through a unique re-enablement pathway. This pathway is managed by a dedicated recovery co-ordinator, who in partnership with our Supported Living service, supports people to gain skills and move on into independent living.
“I love living at Glebe House; the staff are great and have helped me in so many ways from learning new skills such as cooking, taking responsibility for my medication and budgeting my money, to support in helping me discover new hobbies and activities.”
