Georgina House

Georgina House provides support for up to four adults living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health illness. Some of our service users also have communication difficulties and may also present complex conditions or have behaviours that challenge.

We provide a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support they receive. We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.

Our approach to support

We are passionate about enabling all individuals to make their own choices about the care and support they receive. Each person is involved in designing their own person-centred plan, with staff support and family input where necessary.

Georgina House promotes Priory Adult Care's communication strategy, "Your Voice", which encourages individuals, based on their preferred method of communication, to voice their views about the support they receive. Monthly meetings are held where individuals are able to represent the views and voices of others living at the house.
