Fair View Lodge

Fair View Lodge is a residential service to support the specific needs of people with autism to enable each individual to reach their fullest potential within a safe, structured, stimulating environment.

Our approach to support

At Fair View Lodge, we understand that individuals have varying levels of autism. That is why we have an experienced staff team who have a good understanding and empathy of the needs of people with autism and related conditions. We enable their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs to be met.

Each person has a person-centred plan, which they help design and each plan is specifically designed to reflect his or her personal needs and choices. Each individual is also assigned a key worker who ensures a holistic approach to their support.

We encourage people to develop feelings of security and to form relationships with others in the immediate and the extended community. It is our aim to assist each individual in the development of skills that will enable their full participation in the life of the immediate and wider community and live the life they want to. We actively encourage involvement of families in the support of their family member and seek to involve them in discussions concerning the welfare of the individual.
