Enfield Supported Living
Enfield Supported Living (formerly part of Craegmoor) provides assessment and support for adults with enduring, medium levels of mental health problems, complex needs, communication difficulties and behaviours that challenge. Enfield Supported Living provides supported facilities in flats and housing projects throughout the area.
Individuals are encouraged to create person-centred plans to help them achieve their goals and aspirations with help from the specialist support team available to them. For some people this means attending college to access various courses including cooking, art and daily living skills. For others it means work placements and other day opportunities in line with their goals.
Each person will have access to one-to-one psychological support where required, as well as support with accessing benefits and assistance with money management to achieve economic well-being
Our approach to support
Enfield Supported Living offers daily specialist support and is committed to empowering and encouraging individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes for all.
The service is also supported by a quality assurance team including a specialist Mental Health Advisor whose aim is to empower individuals to take control of their lives, and where possible, work towards a level of independence which fits with their skills, confidence and aspirations.
“This is one of the best supported living services I’ve lived at.”
