Dolphin Lane (formerly part of Craegmoor) supports 15 adults with learning disabilities. We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.
Our approach to support
Dolphin Lane is led by a passionate and highly trained team of staff, who are on hand to provide just the right level of support to allow individuals to live as independently as possible. Every person that lives at Dolphin Lane has a Person Centred Plan, which is tailored to their needs and wishes. Each individual is involved in identifying their goals and how they would like to achieve them.
After three months of living at Dolphin Lane, a formal review will take place to evaluate progress made and to discuss with the individual any changes they would like made, regarding the support they receive.
We also promote Priory Adult Care’s communication strategy, "Your Voice", which encourages individuals, based on their preferred method of communication, to voice their views about the support they receive.
“Staff at Dolphin Lane helped me find a job so I can earn my own money and make me independent, I love it here.”
