Dinorwic Road

At Dinorwic Road we support three people with learning disabilities who may also have complex communication and behavioural support needs. We aim to provide a safe and homely environment, where everyone can make their own choices about the care and support they receive.

Our approach to support

Our service is operated by a friendly and dedicated staff team who are passionate about helping people to acquire and develop skills that will allow them to live more independently in the future. We support each individual in the creation of a Person Centred Plan, which provides every person with the opportunity to express how much support they would like and at a level they need to enable them to live as independently as possible.

A Person Centred Plan also outlines the goals and aspirations of each individual, and the steps that are needed in order to reach these targets.
