Devonshire Road

Devonshire Road is a five bedroom establishment for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We aim to provide people with the skills they need in order to live more independent lives both now and in the future.

Our approach to support

Each person who lives at Devonshire Road has their own person-centred support plans which outline the ways in which they will work towards their goals and aspirations. Support plans helps staff to provide the correct level of support that has been identified. Reviews happen on a regular basis to assess progress and identify any challenges they have meeting their targets.
