Daisy Vale House

Based on the outskirts of Wakefield, Daisy Vale House supports 16 people with a range of learning disabilities. Our aim is to provide just the right level of support to allow individuals to live as independently as possible.

Our approach to support

Each person that lives at Daisy Vale House has a Person Centred Plan which they are encouraged and supported to help design. These plans outline the goals and aspirations of each individual and the steps that are needed in order to achieve these targets. This often involves the level of support needed for each person, as well as the activities they would like to be involved in.

As a team, we do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support and we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.
