Carlton House

Carlton House provides specialist support for 16 men with autism, learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. Staff provide 24 hour support for the people who live here, based on their detailed person centred plans and in-depth assessments.

At Carlton House, our aim is to support everyone that lives here to be as independent as possible, to reach their full potential and to take responsibility for their lives and for their behaviour.

Our highly skilled in-house staff team of NVQ-qualified support workers are able to support those who are moving from more secure settings who require some element of support due to a learning disability, complex need and/or challenging behaviour.

Carlton House has an ongoing staff development programme that includes specialist training in positive behaviour support. We are supported by external multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) of health professionals and specialist care managers.
