Ashridge

Ashridge is an eighteen-bedded specialist service situated in a suburban area of Boston, Lincolnshire. The service is close to local amenities and within easy access to public transport links.

At Ashridge we do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we support, including those with learning disabilities. As a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone that uses our services.

Our dedicated support team provide 24-hour care and support to the people who live here. Each member of the team is committed to delivering the highest standard of personal care, ensuring that everyone at Ashridge receives the support and attention they deserve.

Our approach to support

Ashridge is comprised of the main house, which supports twelve people, and a separate bungalow that provides support for a further six people.

Each person is involved in designing their own person-centred plan, with staff support. The plans are tailored to suit individual needs and outline the correct level of support required.

Our team also enable the individuals who live at our home to make their own choices about the support they receive. We encourage and support everyone at Ashridge to recognise and identify their goals and ambitions and how they would like to go about meeting them.

The team works closely with community multidisciplinary professionals, including social services, physiotherapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and psychologists. There is also good access to local GPs and dentists.
