Our service is located in a converted Victorian family house in the heart of the community, refurbished to autism-friendly standards. We have four single en-suite bedrooms which are decorated in line with each person's own tastes and requirements.
Within the property is a lounge and separate dining area on the ground floor. Outside there is a large garden for people to relax in.
A range of activities
At Park Street we can provide people with access to a skills centre at The Old Rectory where they can learn about cooking, PC skills and gardening. We also have a working allotment where people can grow their own fruit and vegetables and help look after the chickens.
Within the home we offer art, sensory and music sessions, as well as a wide variety of in-house social events, trips and outings, and community activities.
Park Street can also support individuals to complete work placements or find employment, and we provide encouragement for people to maintain and develop social contacts within the community.
We are located close to the centre of Trowbridge, with shopping centres, museums, theatres, swimming pools, a gym and colleges all within easy walking distance. There is a train station and bus stops nearby, providing good transport links to other towns and cities.
