“Working as a professional in the care sector, I visit many care homes; I have found this one to be one of the best. The manager is very person-centred and he and his staff show a keen insight into each individual within Avondale. The staff team work hard and are close knit. Although the main aspects of care are obviously to meet people's basic needs this care home clearly offers 'TLC' and a sense of family to its residents. I believe it’s a good example of future care for the elderly.”
