We provide a range of specialist residential services for adults with a learning disability, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, brain injuries or a mental health condition. We also have supported living services available, enabling a unique individual care pathway from our specialist residential accommodation. We are able to provide person-centred support for people with complex needs, supporting them to maximise their independence and reach their goals.

We offer a wide range of specialist care services to meet the social, physical and emotional needs of all the people we support.

Meet the service development team

Our service development team works closely with referrers to help place individuals into appropriate services. They work across specific regions in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and will be on hand to support your referrals and placements, work with multidisciplinary site teams, and support step-down placements, admissions and discharges. We also work closely with our colleagues in Priory Healthcare and can support placements from Adult Care into Healthcare services and vice versa.
