Many of our homes offer short term care services and respite services for people who require a short stay in a residential or nursing home. We understand that people need a break from caring for a loved one. Our short term and respite care services allow carers the time to recharge their batteries, whilst offering their loved ones a temporary retreat with the peace of mind of 24-hour care.
Mum was offered a placement for 2 weeks respite. following many weeks in hospital.
In just 1 week, she has improved beyond my expectations. She's getting dressed, is eating and drinking, and is so much more alert, all thanks to the team!
Short-term and respite care services
Priory offer respite care services for adults with a range of needs. This includes residential services for adults who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs, or within Priory’s range of older people’s care services.
